About Me
Imagine a life where hope, peace, and clarity feel within reach.
Helping others has always been in my nature. I strive to provide a safe and compassionate space to children, teenagers, and moms. I believe the strength to overcome various obstacles is inherent and present within all of us. My passion is to help clients recognize and utilize their strengths and abilities to their benefit.
I work with a range of issues that include: anxiety, depression, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, grief, life transitions, family conflict, parenting issues, behavioral concerns, low self-esteem, and family of origin issues. I use a client-centered and strengths-based approach with all of my clients to assist with individual needs. I also incorporate play therapy or expressive therapies depending on age.
Outside of helping others, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, being outdoors, reading a good book, and occasionally going on a Target run.
